Welcome to Wildflour Kingston, a beloved café nestled in the heart of Kingston, ACT. With its inviting ambiance and a menu that dances between the traditional and the innovative, this gem is a must-visit for anyone in search of quality coffee and delectable baked treats.

As you step into Wildflour, you're immediately greeted by the comforting scent of freshly brewed coffee and warm pastries. The cozy atmosphere, accentuated by friendly staff who go the extra mile to make you feel at home, creates an experience that feels more like visiting a friend than a café. A small seating area can make it feel snug, so it’s wise to plan your visit during quieter times if you’d like to settle in with your treats.

One of the highlights of Wildflour Kingston is undoubtedly its exquisite selection of pastries and baked goods. Guests rave about the flaky, savory sausage roll, which balances taste and texture flawlessly. If you’re in the mood for something sweet, the croissants are a fan favorite, with patrons mentioning that they remain pleasantly tasty even after a day. For a heartier option, the butter chicken pie shines with its well-seasoned filling, though be sure to take a seat as the soft pastry calls for two hands for proper enjoyment.

Wildflour doesn’t just stop at pastries; their coffee is an essential experience on its own. Locally sourced, Ona coffee is served here, particularly their Raspberry Candy bean, which brings brightness and a burst of juicy flavor, especially when paired with oat milk. Customers have expressed a desire for a more structured service experience, particularly regarding dine-in options, but those minor notes do not detract from the overall pleasure of a visit.

For anyone with a sweet tooth, the variety of flavors in their offerings guarantees there's something for everyone—perfect for gifts or simply treating yourself. Regulars have noted a keen anticipation for trying new flavors straight out of the oven, with a promise that the freshness truly elevates the experience.

In a nutshell, Wildflour Kingston is not just about the exceptional food and coffee, but about providing a warm, welcoming space that feels personal and genuine. Whether you’re grabbing a quick pastry to go or savoring a coffee break with friends, it’s clear that Wildflour is dedicated to quality and community. Make sure to stop by your next time in Kingston—you won’t be disappointed!

Huge selection from the Wildflour team. I had their sausage roll, flaky and savoury. No complaints! Loved that they were serving Ona coffee. Their Raspberry Candy bean was bright and juicy in an oat milk coffee. Wish there was more seating

Hello, the experience of beverage and pastry were so nice and tasty. They are good quality of products. However, I don’t wanna be annoying customer. We just would like to suggest that staff should ask customer T/A or Dine-in. Even we also asked for metal cutlery but they also didn’t asked that would like to change to Dine-in or not. Thank you

We recently went there to get some croissants and pastries for a gift and ended up trying a few. Unfortunately we ended up being too full to eat them on the same day so had to eat them the day after and even then they were still pretty good. I'll be keen to try more flavours and definitely on the first day when they're fresh!

Pie Review Tried the butter chicken pie from Wildflour Kingston, and it was a solid offering. The filling was very tasty, with a good butter chicken flavour and plenty of meat, making for a satisfying bite. The pastry, however, was a little on the soft side, meaning it lacked the structural integrity needed for true one-handed pie enjoyment. Definitely a sit-down-and-use-two-hands kind of deal. Despite that, the flavours carried the experience, and overall, it’s a strong entry into the butter chicken pie category. Final score: 8/10.
